This chandelier is an excellent example of Czechoslovak functionalism and Bauhaus design from the 1930s. The lighting represents an era when illumination became an integral part of modern architecture. The design is based on strict geometry and a combination of fine materials that bring a sense of clarity and technical sophistication to the interior.

The item underwent thorough restoration. The chrome-plated steel construction was professionally cleaned, regaining its characteristic high luster. The main feature of the chandelier is the opal glass shade, which ensures a pleasantly soft and even light distribution without glare. The diameter of the lower shade is 16.5 cm (6.5 in), making the chandelier an ideal element for lighting smaller rooms, hallways, or as part of a multi-fixture composition. The chandelier has new electrical wiring, is fully functional, and is ready for installation.
